Minutes from PNW Section meeting
May 10th 2008

Meeting called to order at 4:00pm. Serge presiding.

Section Bylaws were discussed, the issue being if we had them or not. We do have bylaws, just not current. Going through the procedures to bring them up to date.

Dan Berke was appointed the PNWS as our delegate to the USFA.

Congratulations were given to our athletes who made World and Olympic Teams.

Amendment to Sectional Bylaws – proposal if the division does not make a date for sectionals in a timely manner (specific date) that it will then pass on to a more populated area either Seattle or Portland.

Treasurer’s report was given:

Savings $3,566.65 as of 4/14/08
Checking $5939.56 less $102.46 for the pizzas.

Ballots were cast for the current slate of section officers. Section members approved current slate.

Other news – there was talk of Alaska becoming it’s own section and who had past documentation of section minutes and information.

Pizza was served and meeting was adjourned.
